Custom Design Policy

We love a bold custom tee, but every design we print has to clear a few basic ground rules.

What we won't print

• Copyrighted characters, logos, brand names, or artwork you don't hold the rights to
• Celebrity names, photos, or likenesses
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that targets a person or group based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or similar
• Sexually explicit content
• Anything illegal, threatening, or that promotes violence or self-harm
• Anything else that infringes someone else's trademark or intellectual property

What happens if your brief crosses a line

We'll get in touch before we print anything. Usually we can suggest a version we're able to produce. If we can't find a way to make it work, we'll cancel that item and refund the $15 design fee for it.

Revisions and refunds

We'll send you a preview before anything goes to print. If it's not quite right, we'll revise it with you — up to 3 rounds, on the house. If you're still not happy after 3 rounds, we'll cancel that item and refund your $15 design fee.

Who decides

This is a judgment call on our end. We try to be reasonable, but our decision on what we will and won't print is final.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you ask us to include in your design.
