Shipping policy

Free shipping, worldwide

Every Cooliooli order ships free, wherever you are. There is no minimum spend and no shipping cost is added at checkout - the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

 

How your order is made

Our tees are printed to order rather than held in stock. Each one is produced by our print partner once you place your order, which is how we can offer a wide range of designs, colours and sizes without waste.

 

Dispatch and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email straight away, and a second email containing tracking details as soon as your order leaves our print facility. You can follow your parcel from there using the link in that email.

 

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a re-send.

 

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, email help@cooliooli.com with your order number and we will put it right.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your item. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
